2. Products and Artisanal Nature
2.1 Our products especially handblock printed textiles—are crafted using traditional techniques by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in colour, print, or texture are considered natural characteristics, not defects.
2.2 Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, differences may occur due to handmade processes or digital display settings.
2.3 All products are subject to availability. Roheda reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian law.
3.2 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders as per our policy.
3.3 We accept payments via secure, RBI-compliant gateways, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
3.4 In case of pricing errors, technical issues, or payment disputes, Roheda reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3.5 Payment gateways used on our platform are third-party services. Roheda is not liable for any breach or misuse occurring at the payment provider’s end.
4. Ordering and Delivery
4.1 All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance. An automated email will acknowledge receipt, but the order is only confirmed upon dispatch.
4.2 Dispatch Timeline: 3–7 business days
Delivery Estimate: 5–15 business days (India); longer for international deliveries
4.3 Roheda shall not be held liable for delays due to natural disasters, courier disruptions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Charges may apply for redelivery if the address is incorrect or inaccessible.
4.5 Risk and title pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
5.1 Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
5.2 Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
5.3 The following are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Sale/clearance items
- Items with natural handmade variations
5.4 To initiate a return/exchange:
Email info@roheda.in with order ID, reason, and photos within 7 days.
5.5 Exchange is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit or refund will be offered.
5.6 Shipping costs:
- Covered by Roheda for damaged/incorrect items.
- Borne by the customer for voluntary exchanges.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refunds are processed only for:
- Pre-dispatch cancellations
- Returned products approved under Return Policy
6.2 Once the product is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
6.3 Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. COD orders will require valid bank details.
6.4 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Roheda’s error.
7. User Conduct
7.1 Users agree not to use the website for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
7.2 Account holders are responsible for safeguarding passwords and login credentials. Roheda is not liable for unauthorized account access unless due to its own fault.
7.3 You must not:
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
- Interfere with website functionality
- Post illegal, offensive, or infringing content
7.4 By submitting reviews or content, you grant Roheda a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Roheda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation.
8.2 Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
8.3 Roheda is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services, including courier and payment providers.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, personal injury, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on this website—including logos, designs, product images, and text—is the intellectual property of Roheda or its artisans and is protected under:
- The Indian Copyright Act, 1957
- The Trade Marks Act, 1999
- The Designs Act, 2000, and other applicable laws
9.2 You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or use our content or product designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
9.3 Unauthorized use of Roheda’s intellectual property will result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
10.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation.
10.3 If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
